The 7 West title is between Pontyates and Cefneithin and after they met on Saturday with Cefneithin winning 10-0 away, Pontyates lead by two points, but have played two more matches than their opponents.
Cwmgwrach are almost there in 7 West, with a three-point lead over Tonna and two matches in hand after beating Cwtwrch by 34-10.
