Wales under-19 coach Dai Rees believes that his squad are capable of winning the World under-19 championships in France and hopefully they will begin by defeating Germany at Bobigny, near Paris on Thursday April 11 (kick-off 7.30pm).

If they succeed in overcoming that hurdle, Wales will almost certainly play against second-favourites France at Versailles and another win would see them reach the semi-final stage, against either South Africa or England.
