Tim Evans, the Swansea prop, was dismissed for punching; Mike Voyle, the Newport lock, was dismissed for stamping; Percy Montgomery, the Newport full back, was dismissed for pushing a match official.
The referee and his two touch judges will submit the relevant reports surrounding the incidents. Once the Match Officials’ reports are received by the WRU they will be forwarded to the clubs and the players will then be subject to the normal WRU Disciplinary Hearing.
No further statement on this matter will be made by the WRU until after the Disciplinary Hearing.
