West – Aberystwyth and Trimsaran are from last season’s 3 West and are joined by seven from 4 West and six from 5 West, including champions Llandeilo.
South-West – Seven Sisters, Glynneath and Ystradgynlais are from last season’s 3 West, along with seven clubs from 4 West, Banwen and Nantyffyllon of 5 Central with Trebanos and Ammanford from 5 West.
East – Abergavenny are the only survivors of the previous 3 East. They are joined by eight clubs from 4 East, four from 5 East (including champions Newport Saracens) and Senghenydd of 5 Central.
South-East – Champions Rhydyfelin and four other clubs from 4 East are included along with Tonyrefail, Ynysybwl and Mountain Ash from 3 East; champions Nantymoel, Taffs Well, Nelson and Tylorstown of 5 Central with Pentyrch and Barry from 5 East.
Division 4 is split into West, South-West, East, South-East and North.
West – There are five clubs from 5 West and seven clubs from 6 West.
South-West – Amman Utd and Glais from 5 West are joined by Cefn Cribbwr and Pyle of 5 Central; champions Cwmgors and Morriston of 6 West and six clubs from 6 Central.
East – There are six clubs from 5 East along with champions Bargoed and five other clubs from 6 East.
South-East – Penarth and Old Penarthians are in from 5 East; Fairwater and Bedlinog of 6 East; five clubs from 5 Central and champions Abercwmboi, Aberdare and Dowlais from 6 Central.
North – The top 11 clubs of last season’s Five North, including champions Nant Conwy, are joined by Bala, who won 6 North. Indeed, this division began with midweek matches that included last season’s champions Nant Conwy pulling off an opening win at Rhyl.
Adam Russell put Nant Conwy ahead and fly half Peredur Ellis converted for the only points of the first half, but Rhyl then put in a fine effort to score through John Hall and Matt Anwell converted.
The visitors kept their heads and finished with tries by centre Ceiron Morgan, lock Arwyn Owen and prop Glyn Roberts, all converted by Ellis for a 28-7 victory. In the other matches, Ruthin defeated Mold by 19-0 and Dolgellau won 19-13 at Bala.
Division 5 is split into West, South-West, East, South-East and North.
West – The bottom three clubs of 6 West are joined by champions Cefneithin and eight other clubs from 7 West.
South-West – The 7 Central winners Cwmgwrach have seven other clubs from that division along with Resolven, who failed to compete in last season’s 3 West. These are joined by Neath Athletic from 6 Central and both Pontardawe and Swansea Uplands of 7 West.
East – The 7 east winners Llandaff North are joined by four other clubs from 7 East; Rhiwbina of 6 East; Ferndale, Ogmore Vale and South Wales Police of 7 Central and ilfynydd and Bridgend Sports of 6 Central.
South-East – Usk, RTB (Ebbw Vale) and Nantyglo are from 6 East; five clubs are from 7 East and Gwernyfed of 7 Central are joined by three clubs who failed to complete last season – Garndiffaith (3 East), Oakdale (Div 2) and Blaenau Gwent (7 East).
North – Bethesda are the relegated club from last season’s 5 North and join the other nine clubs from last season’s 6 North, except the promoted Bala club.
