In the East, Bargoed are looking strong after a 53-0 win over Monmouth and Blaina scorede an excellent 18-12 victory at St Peter’s, while Ynysddu edged out visitors Crumlin

19-17. There was stalemate at Chepstow where the home side drew 12-12 with Cardiff HSOB and Pontllanfraith gained a 31-3 win at Caldicot.

Fairwater travelled to Bedlinog in South East to recorded a narrow 15-13 victory with Heol y Cyw winning 48-5 at Cowbridge and a brace of tries by Shaun Griffiths helped Dowlais beat Abercwmboi by 21-12.

Llandybie in the West thrashed Bynea by 54-0; Lougher scraped a one point win away to Llanelli Wdrs and embroke Dock Quins did not play due to a wedding.

Cwmgors made it three wins out of three in South West with a 27-20 win at Cefn Cribbwr and Briton Ferry claimed their first victory of the season beating Rhigos
