Charvis an injury doubt

Colin Charvis is still a major doubt for Wales’s second RBS Six Nations Championship match against Ireland at Lansdowne Road on Sunday.

The Wales Captain has been struggling with a dislocated index finger since the 23-10 victory over Scotland in Cardiff last Saturday. The finger was put back but 31-year-old Charvis is now on a course of antibiotics to prevent infection.

“The only one who is really struggling is Colin Charvis,” said Wales Coach, Steve Hansen. “It is just a matter of whether we want to risk playing him and the finger being a problem for the whole tournament.”
