Bedlinog had a fine 26-12 win over Penarth in 4 South-East with tries by Julian Humphreys, Dean Rees and Ryan Jenkins though James Coslett and Anthony Edwards crossed for the losers. Pontycymmer went second with an 18-0 win at Heol y Cyw.

Cwmgors took the lead in 4 South-West with a 45-12 win over Cefn Cribbwr and Taibach followed by defeating Rhigos 33-10. In 5 West Crymych moved to second after a 58-0 beating of Pontyates and there were important wins for Aberaon Green Stars and Tonna in 5 South-West
