There is only one change from the starting line up that faced France two weeks ago, with Louise Rickard coming off the bench to replace Lowri Jones in the centre.
Scrum half Kerry Jenkins makes a welcome return to Welsh rugby and takes a place on the bench. Stacey Saunders retains the Fly Half position with Awen Thomas returning from injury.
Wales will be looking for their second win in their Six Nations campaign. They beat Ireland in Limerick in the second round but lost to France 22-0 a fortnight ago. It will be a tough game after the 69-7 defeat to the English last season at the Cardiff Arms Park but Head Coach Phil John is confident in his team, “England will be a tough team to beat but we will go out there, play our own game and show what we can do. We have some extremely talented players in the squad and we are looking forward to the challenge.”
