Following on from their gallant performance against the World Champions, England, at Twickenham at the weekend, the Welsh Rugby Union are expecting a last minute rush for the final 10,000 tickets.
“The support we had from the Welsh contingent at Twickenham was fantastic and it would be great to end the Championship in front of a full house against Italy at the Millennium Stadium,” said Wales skipper, Colin Charvis. “We will be looking for an exciting end to what has been an exciting Championship for the players.”
After last season’s first RBS Six Nations whitewash, Charvis will be hoping to lead his side to a second success to claim fourth place in the Championship table, an potential improvement of two places on last season.
