In the East, it is a thriller as Newport Saracens are coming from way back and the superb 37-7 win at Llanishen takes them over their opponents from fourth to second.

Senghenydd stay ahead as they scored a 23-16 win over Brynithel with Alun Ford, Rob Anderson and Huw Morgan dropping goals and Ford also notching two tries and converting them.

Pontyberem head the west with two games remaining, but Kidwelly joined them on 66 points after a 38-3 win over Lampeter. However, coach Brian Powell and his Kidwelly side have just one game remaining.

In the South-West, Banwen are after a league and Silver Ball double. They have reached the latter final and meet Maesteg or Llanharan, but in the league they head Mumbles by six points with a game in hand.

Banwen gained a hard-fought 30-23 win at Bryncoch, while Mumbles ended Maesteg Quins hopes by defeating them 24-19 to take second place, five points ahead of the Quins.
