JVH Group plc – leading providers of telephone and security services – are the main shirt sponsor and their logo is on the front of the jersey. JVH Group chief executive Julian Hopkins said: “We are delighted to promote the development of regional rugby as main sponsors of the Ospreys and, in doing so, share with the Ospreys a joint ambition to be the best.”

The Walkers Snack Foods logo is on the upper back of the jersey and Swansea plant manager Phil Needham commented: “This is the first time Walkers have sponsored professional rugby. There is tremendous interest in the Swansea factory and I am sure that the number of Ospreys supporters will increase as the season progresses.”

Leading rugby multi-format computer and console game World Championship Rugby will have a logo on the left sleeve of the jersey, and shirt suppliers KooGa Rugby Ltd have logos on both the front and collar.

Asda’s logo appears on the collar, Liberty Properties plc make an appearance on the sleeve and Cuddy Group plc’s logo is on the lower back of the jersey.

Meanwhile The Ospreys face Bath in a pre-season friendly at St Helens on Thursday, August 26 (kick-off 7.30pm). Regional Rugby Manager Derwyn Jones said: “Bath coach John Connolly has been in touch to say he will be fielding his best available side against us. “He wants a full-on encounter ahead of the Zurich Premiership season. That suits us fine as we will also be picking a strong team. We face Munster in the Celtic League barely a week later and we want to get ready for that with a full competitive outing.”
