In the West, Aberystwyth kept their supporters on edge in retaining their unbeaten tag as they defeated Tenby Utd by 11-10. Loughor maintained their 100% record with a sound 15-0 win at Haverfordwest and Gorseinon scored a good 28-17 success away to Pembroke Dock Quins.

East leaders Bargoed snatched the two tries of the game at Llanishen in a 13-9scoreline; Abergavenny stay second after defeating Old Illtydians 29-8 at Bailey Park with a brace of tries each for Rob Mcormack and Matthew George and Rhymney turned back Pontypool ytd 34-5 with seven successful kicks landed by Gareth Richards.

Bryncoch remained on top in the South-West after beating Seven Sisters 32-20 with six clubs following behind with a gap of six points. Rhydyfelin stayed ahead in the South-East after beating Barry 34-12 but Mountain Ash, who kept their unbeaten record, and Gilfach Goch are just three points behind.
