In atrocious conditions, The Old Parish managed tries by full back Andrew Hutchings and former Wales Youth cap Matthew Wareham while David landed a conversion and two penalties.
Glamorgan Wanderers just edged out Beddau by 16-13 in a tight finish at the Memorial Ground. No 8 Emyr Christopher scored the Wanderers try and full back Mark Haywood converted and kicked a penalty hat-trick, but Brett Davey landed two penalties and then converted a try by flanker Rhys Edwards for Beddau.
Blackwood’s debutant fly half Paul Emannuelli placed two conversions and a penalty as his club defeated Brynmawr 27-10 with tries coming from wing Jamie Jones, No 8 Paul Williams, prop Jason Rogers and flanker Lewis Lovell.
Bottom club Brynmawr gained a try by Rhys Williams and Kevin Lang converted and dropped a goal.
Builth Wells won a kicking contest over Fleur de Lys as they led 9-0 with three George Jenkins penalties before Brett Green put over three for Fleur. In the second half, Jenkins placed his fourth for a 12-9 Builth lead and Green missed a last-minute equalising attempt.
