Glasgow v Scarlets

Glasgow v Scarlets

Glasgow Rugby have doubled their tally in picking up ten league points in their last three matches, which has seen them rise from 9th place to 5th in the table.

The Glaswegians have lost all three matches they have played against Welsh opponents this season.
Llanelli Scarlets ended their five match barren run with a 24-22 win over Leinster on Sunday but have still lost their last four away matches in all competitions.

The Scarlets have lost only one match in 10 against Scottish opponents – the first, 16-25 against Edinburgh at Meadowbank in October 2003.

The Scarlets won both encounters last season – 36-26 in Wrexham and 31-18 at Hughenden.
Glasgow have made four changes from the team who started against Cardiff, but following a successful trip up north on Sunday, Gareth Jenkins has announced no changes to the team to travel to Hughenden on Friday night.
