ANTI DOPING DISCIPLINARY HEARING CONCLUDED
Mr Fischer was charged with failing to submit to a Doping Control test on 31 March, 2004, following a match between Tredegar RFC and Blackwood RFC.
Mr Evans was charged with an offence of obstructing/interfering/undermining the conduct of a drug test following the same match.
After a contested hearing before an independent Judicial Committee both players were found guilty and were suspended for two years with immediate effect.
