Gavin Nicholas (Pembroke Dock Quins) suspended for 2 weeks for punching against Penclawdd on 29/01/05.

Rob Mellin (Aberavon Green Stars) suspended for 3 weeks for punching against Tonna on 22/01/05.

Vernon Lloyd (Treorchy) suspended for 3 weeks for a dangerous tackle against Hirwaun on 22/01/05.

S Harley (Gwernyfed) suspended for 6 weeks for acts contrary to good sportsmanship against Abertillery on 22/01/05.

Jason Mathias (St Albans) suspended for 3 weeks for punching against Caldicot on 22/01/05.

Simon Richards (Bridgend Sports) suspended for 1 month for stamping against Cilfynydd on 22/01/05.

Lee Jeffries (Blaenavon) suspended for 2 weeks for fighting against St Josephs on 22/01/05.

The Sub-Committee also reviewed the case of Spencer Bessant (Dunvant) who received an 18-match suspension on 30/11/04 for head butting against Waunarlwydd on 13/11/04. In view of the fresh correspondence and video supplied, it was agreed to lift the suspension. Mr Bessant may
resume playing for Dunvant with immediate effect.
