DRAGONS SITTING PRETTY AFTER WEEK ONE
Edinburgh Gunners recorded the same score defeating the Scarlets in Wales also on Friday, but touched down only two tries to the Dragons three. Connacht and Ospreys lie third and fourth with lesser points differences. Ulster’s four points for their ‘Free Weekend’ places them sixth in the table.
All the first round games have been close as all five defeated teams have gained a losing bonus point. Glasgow Warriors find themselves at the bottom of the table due to conceding more tries than Scarlets, both teams having scored two, then tries-difference comes into effect.
