BISHOP HAS CORRECTIVE SURGERY
Bishop, who is 22 this month, suffered the injury in Saturday’s Munster loss. Doctors are hopeful he will be able to fly home on Wednesday, but such injuries can take up to a year to heal.
The Ospreys have not ruled out looking for a replacement, especially with Gavin Henson out for around another six weeks after surgery on his groin. Bishop’s injury completed a miserable night for the Celtic League champions after their 37-10 defeat to Munster.
