The All Whites will play with a confidence severely lacking in the Capital and may well condemn their luckless rivals to a sixteenth defeat.
Third placed Bridgend will be looking to edge ahead of Pontypridd as they entertain Pontypool at the Brewery Field. A recent defeat at the hands of Aberavon put the brakes on the Raven’s title aspirations but if they rediscover their early season form they may still challenge current holders Neath.
Pooler find themselves in tenth place in the table and know that a handful of points will guarantee top flight rugby at Pontypool Park next term.
