RINGER WITHDRAWS FROM SEVENS SQUAD
A cartilage injury has ruled the 29-year-old flanker out of the Games. Fellow Welsh international back row forward Rhys Oakley has been called into the squad as his replacement. Oakley – like Ringer – plays his rugby for the Newport Gwent Dragons.
