WRU PRESS RELEASE – ALIX POPHAM

Alix Popham, the Llanelli Scarlets back row forward, has been suspended for two weeks by a Welsh Rugby Union Disciplinary Committee as a result of his sending off in the Celtic League match against Glasgow Warriors at Firhill last Friday (12 May).

Popham, who was shown two yellow cards by referee George Clancy (Ireland), will be free to resume playing on Saturday, 27 May.
