East Wales Junior League result

The girls from R.T.B. got off to a flying start in this league match against Cynon Valley with outside half Katie Bevan scoring 21 points with 3 converted tries in the first fifteen minutes. Further tries by second row Lorna Compton and fullback Naomi Whybrow were converted to make the half time score 35-0.

After the break R.T.B.’s tries were scored by Jodie Powell, Naomi Whybrow, Katie Morgan and two tries by Kirsty Harrison. Two of which went unconverted. Credit must go to Cynon Valley for scoring two superb tries but R.T.B. outside half Katie Bevan had the final word. She scored the last try of the game and converted on the final whistle to take her personal score to 38 points with four tries and nine conversions.
