Wales players back for Dragons
Colin Charvis is on the bench, while lock Ian Gough has been asked to rest by the Wales management.
Brew and Sweeney have made brief replacement appearances for Wales while Charvis and Cooper have not featured. With Charvis not making the Dragons starting line-up it increases speculation that the veteran back-row could start for Wales in next week’s RBS Six Nations match in France.
Andrew Hall comes in at blindside flanker while Michael Owen, who will captain the side, moves to number eight. Sweeney and Cooper form the half-back partnership with Aled Thomas moving from outside half to fullback.
Dragons and Wales U20 captain Ashley Smith is ruled out with a shoulder injury, while Academy and Bedwas centre Phil Dolman comes in at inside centre.
