Four remain for Wales U16 Italian test
There are only four survivors from the original starting line-up with Ian Smerddon and Josh Smart retaining their starting positions in the backs and skipper Rhys Ruddock and back row man Garrick Legge remaining in the pack.
All 26 players in the squad have to be given starting positions across the three games – Wales close against France on Wednesday – and teams can use up to eleven replacements during matches.
