Wholesale changes for Wales U16
Wales U16 will show eight changes from the team beaten 10-8 by Italy on Sunday. There are four survivors behind the scrum – Ian Smerddon, Josh Smart, Rhys Howells and Chris Lewis-Pratt – and three up front; locks Joe Davey and Rhys Ruddock and No.8 Garrick Legge.
The Welsh youngsters will be chasing their first win in the competition having gone down to England 32-10 in their opening fixture.
