In this week’s edition there is a special build up to the two big Heineken Cup games this weekend as the Ospreys and the Blues look to reach the quarter-finals of the competition. We hear from Lyn Jones and Shane Williams at the Ospreys, Wales back rower Gareth Delve at Gloucester, as well as Dai Young and Martyn Williams at the Blues.
There is also one of those lovely rugby stories with Anthony Lott of Ebbw Vale. The fomer Bargoed prop was captain of the Wales Clubs XV last season and has stepped up a grade to the Principality Premiership as a result; is setting his sights even higher.
We also take a special look at the Wales Age Grade scene with the U20 and U18 grades both naming squads for their Six Nations tournaments this week. WRU Head of Rugby Development Nigel Davies provides the overview and we also hear from Wales U20 Head Coach Patrick Horgan and Simon King from the Wales U18.
