The ‘Sold Out’ signs have gone up against France and Scotland, and ticket bosses say there are only a few hundred places left for the remaining game – Italy’s visit to Cardiff on Saturday February 23rd 2008 (Kick-off 1500).

With a month to go before the Azzurri come to town the Welsh Rugby Union expects to complete its hat-trick of sell-outs at the 74,500 capacity ground well in advance of their arrival, as the nation unites behind new Coach Warren Gatland’s team.

The ‘Gatland factor’ has spread a new wave of optimism amongst fans and anyone left who has not yet taken up the chance to follow him and captain Ryan Jones on a key leg in their RBS Six Nations journey is encouraged to act now to avoid disappointment.

“To sell-out the France and Scotland games so quickly has been a real boost for us and there’s little doubt the Italy game will sell out too,” said Head of Compliance Julie Paterson.

“The ‘Gatland factor’ has certainly inspired fans to rush to the ticket office this season and our advice to anyone who does not want to miss out on the chance to be there in person when we take on the Italians at the Millennium Stadium is act quickly.”

The few remaining tickets are available for the Italy game, ranging from £20 to £60, and can be obtained from the WRU ticket hotline 08705 582 582, online at http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/ (Quick Link: www.wru.co.uk/rbstickets) or to personal callers at the Ticketline UK office in Cardiff City centre at 47 Westgate Street.

A limited number of hospitality places are available for Wales home matches. Prices start from £199 per person plus VAT. Visit www.wru.co.uk/hospitality for further details.
