The win keeps them two points ahead of nearest rivals Lougher who raced in five tries for a 34-3 bonus point win against Pontyberem, who themselves remain just above the relegation fight.
Elsewhere, the bottom two clubs, Nantymoel and Tumble fought out a thrilling 22-22 draw. The sides scored three tries a piece and even a generous period of injury time could not split them which maintains Tumble’s three point advantage over their hosts.
Kidwelly suffered a surprise 23-15 defeat at Cwmavon where they were outscored by four tries to nil and Penclawdd had too much for Gorseinon who they edged past 22-18.
Cardigan scored four tries to beat visiting Aberystwyth 26-10 and in doing so moved level on points with them in third position in Division Three West.
Second placed Llanbydder were also winners at Haverfordwest where they recorded a 12-6 triumph but they remain nine points adrift of leaders Ammanford who continued their march towards the title with a 24-13 victory at Lampeter.
In other games, there were home wins for Llanelli Wanderers over Laugharne, Newcastle Emlyn over Amman United and Pembroke Dock Quins over Cwmgors.
Crymych were the team of the day in Division Five West as they inflicted a 19-17 defeat on leaders Morriston. Second placed Tenby were able to take advantage as they smashed Tycroes 53-5 but Hendy also slipped up, going down 28-7 to Llandeilo.
Neyland had just enough to sneak a 26-24 triumph at Milford Haven while Trimsaran were made to fight for a 15-7 home win over Birchgrove.
In Division Five, leaders Burry Port were in fine form as they beat Fishguard 39-8 but Aberaeron kept the pressure on with their own 32-5 victory at St David’s.
