Representatives from rugby clubs throughout Wales attended the service to pay their respects to the 28 year old scrum half, alongside Jones’s friends and family members.
Jones played for Glyncoch, Beddau and Pontypridd before making his debut for Neath in 2006. He passed away peacefully at the University Hospital of Wales on Monday, June 16th, where he was being treated for a serious neck injury suffered in a Premier Division game for his club against Cardiff at the Arms Park on April the 20th.
