The match kicks off at the Millennium Stadium this Saturday at 3.30pm and tickets are still available from the ticket office. The Blues are advising supporters to purchase their tickets ahead of Saturday to avoid disappointment on the day.

The Blues sold 27,114 tickets a Heineken Cup record for a welsh regional team for the pool match against Gloucester in October, whilst ticket sales look set to pass the 30,000 mark for this Saturday’s Quarter Final clash.

Speaking ahead of the match Cardiff Blues Captain Paul Tito said: “It’s great to hear that so many fans are turning up to watch the match. It’s going to be a massive occasion for the team and all the fans, I hope they get right behind us. We feel there’s something brewing so hopefully we can get the win and be successful.”

“The preparations are going well and I think we’re on course, although we’re not doing too much of a song and dance about it, we’re just going about our business.”

“The Welsh boys are back from the 6 Nations, and they had a rest last week, so I’m sure they’ll be ready for the Toulouse game which everyone knows is a huge match.”

“It’s similar to the Northampton game as it will be tough physically and probably a step up from that. If you look at the Northampton game, nobody had a bad performance and that’s what you need in the big games.”

“The conditioning coaches have done a great job and we’re peaking at the right time – we’re ready to go.”

“It was a big game last year in Toulouse and we were happy to be in the top eight, but this year with the maturing players we have, and the quality we have, we want to take that step up.”

“Hopefully we’ve learned from last year and can put in a great performance this weekend.”

Supporters can buy online from www.cardiffblues.com/tickets, in person at the Ticket Office (open including Good Friday, until the day of the game) or by calling 029 2030 2030. As you would expect telephone lines are extremely busy.
