Mike Griffiths (Gilfach Goch RFC) – trampling (red card) v Bedlinog RFC. Five (5) week suspension has been switched to Mr Ricky Priday. Mr Griffiths is free to continue playing the game while Mr Priday will now be able to resume playing the game on the 29th April 2009

Blackwood RFC Youth – Blackwood disqualified from Youth Challenge Cup for fielding ineligible player against Bridgend Athletic in the semi-final. Bridgend Athletic RFC Youth will now play Whitland RFC Youth in the Final of the Competition
N. Zerberi (Fairwater RFC) – No further action to be taken for failing to register Mr Zerberi at senior level as an administrative error led to the oversight.

Garry Harris (Porth Harlequins RFC) – punching v Heol y Cyw. Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Harris may resume playing on the 12th May 2009.
Dean Lachman (Dowlais RFC) – punching (red card) v Taffs Well RFC. Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Lachman may resume playing on the 13th May 2009
Ieuan Rees (Taffs Well RFC) – red card v Dowlais RFC. Six (6) weeks suspension. Mr Rees may resume playing on the 20th May 2009.

Jordan Williams (Swansea Uplands RFC) – red card v Aberaeron RFC. Six (6) weeks suspension. Mr Williams may resume playing on the 20th May 2009.
Dean Hughes (Banwen RFC) – abusive behaviour v Cefn Cribbwr RFC. Twelve (12) weeks suspension. Mr Hughes may resume playing the game on the 31st August 2009 after taking the annual close season into consideration.

John Kerry (coach) to be banned from the playing enclosure (home and away) at all matches for a period of twelve (12) months. £500 fine imposed on the Club, of which £250 is payable to the Union within the next 28 days, with the residual £250 suspended for 12 month term but becoming immediately payable to the Union, if any further Code of Conduct cases against the Club, its officials or its spectators, are found to be proven, during the term of sanction.
