KARL STEVENSON (Cefn Coed RFC) – verbal abuse v Dowlais RFC. Twelve (12) weeks suspension. Mr Stevenson may resume playing on the 21st September 2009, after taking the annual close season into consideration.

MICHAEL ROBERTS (Bargoed RFC) – head butt/verbal abuse v Blackwood RFC. Eight (8) weeks suspenion. Mr Roberts may resume playing the Game on the 24th August 2009, after taking the annual close season into consideration.
MATTHEW DAVIES (Bridgend) – punching v Cardiff RFC. Five (5) weeks suspension. Mr Davies may resume playing on the 2nd August 2009, after taking the annual close season into consideration.
