The results from the WRU Disciplinary Panel on Tuesday 6th October 2009 are as follows:

Chris John (Treorchy RFC) v RFC v Rhydyfelin – red card (alleged head butting): Expunged. Case not proven Mr. John’s is free to resume playing.

Chris Wyn Jones (Caernarfon RFC) v Bro Ffestiniog – (red card – head butting & verbal abuse): Twelve (12) weeks. Mr Jones may resume playing on the 30th December 2009.

Elwyn Jones (Bro Ffestiniog RFC) v Caernarfon – red card (punching): Two (2) weeks. Mr Jones may resume playing on the 21st October 2009.

Natalie Walsh (Whitland RFC Ladies) v Waunarlwydd – red card (late charge); Six (6) weeks. Ms Walsh may resume playing on the 18th November 2009.

Gareth Thomas (Hendy RFC) v Burry Port – red card (abusive language): Six (6) weeks. Mr Thomas may resume playing on the 18th November 2009.

D Jenkins (Pill Harriers RFC) v Croesyceiliog – red card (punching): Two (2) weeks. Mr Jenkins may resume playing on the 21st October 2009.

Richard Jones (Talywain RFC) v Machen – red card (elbowing to the head): Six (6) weeks. Mr Jones may resume playing the Game on the 18th November 2009.

D Owen (Bethesda RFC) v Bangor – red card (kicking): Eight (8) weeks. Mr Owen may resume playing on the 2nd December 2009.

Matthew Evans (Wattstown RFC) v Rhigos – red card (head butt): Eight (8) weeks. Mr Evans may resume playing on the 2nd December 2009.

D Bonar (Cefneithin RFC) v Milford Haven – red card (punching): Five (5) weeks. Mr Bonar may resume playing on the 11th November 2009.

David Owen (Welshpool RFC) v Llanidloes – red card (for two yellow cards): Two (2) week period of suspension on Mr Owen for receiving two yellow cards in the same match and Mr Owen will be able to resume playing the Game on the 21st October 2009.

Daniel Owen (BP Llandarcy RFC) v Aberavon Quins – red card (punching): Expunged Case not proven.

I McCoy (Caerau Ely RFC) v Aberavon Naval – red card. Sending off sufficient so Mr McCoy is able to continue playing although the red card will remain on the player’s record.

The results from the WRU Disciplinary Panel on Tuesday 13th October 2009 are as follows:

D Brennan (Aberavon Naval RFC) v CRC Caerdydd – red card (two yellow cards): Two (2) week period of suspension on the player for receiving two yellow cards in the same match. Mr Brennan will be able to resume playing the Game on the 28th October 2009.

Gary Harries (Porth Harlequins RFC) v Taffs Well – red card (abusive language): Twelve (12) weeks. Mr Harries may resume playing on the 6th January 2010.

Jamie Caple (Porth Harlequins RFC) v Taffs Well – red card (punching): Five (5) weeks. Mr Caple may resume playing the on the 18th November 2009.

Greg Morris (Porth Harlequins RFC) v Taffs Well – red card (stamping): Nine (9) weeks. Mr. Morris may resume playing on the 16th December 2009.

Martin Cormack (Colwyn Bay RFC) v Mold – red card (two yellow cards): Two (2) week period of suspension on the player for receiving two yellow cards in the same match. Mr Cormack may resume playing the Game on the 28th October 2009.

Kevin Leonard (Forgeside RFC) v Beaufort – red card (abusive language): Twelve (12) weeks. Mr Leonard may resume playing on the 6th January 2010.

C McNally (Mynydd y Garreg RFC) v Tregaron – red card (two yellow cards): Five (5) weeks. Mr McNally may resume playing on the 18th November 2009.

Danny Ryan (Barry RFC) v Penygraig – red card (kicking): Twelve (12) weeks. Mr Ryan may resume playing the Game on the 6th January 2010.

Jonny Thomas (Hendy RFC) v Pembroke – red card (punching): Five (5) weeks. Mr Thomas may resume playing on the 18th November 2009.

James Walters (Pembroke RFC) v Hendy – red card (punching): Five (5) weeks. Mr Walters may resume playing the Game on the 18th November 2009.
