The Welsh Rugby Union will launch the their Six Nations matchday breakfast at the Cardiff Arms Cafe Bar on Saturday (6 February) at 10.00am when the closest place to watch the action without a ticket opens to the public.

Welsh fans can watch all 15 of the RBS 6 Nations fixtures live at the WRU’s city-centre venue where a traditional breakfast is set to be the flavour of the month priced at only £5 for bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, baked beans, mushrooms, hash browns, roll and butter and a hot drink.

The Millennium Stadium catering staff have revealed their menu ahead of Wales’ upcoming championship games against England at Twickenham this Saturday, Scotland (13 Feb) and France (26 Feb) in Cardiff, Ireland (13 Mar) at Croke Park and the final game at the home of Welsh sport against Italy (20 Mar).

The Cardiff Arms Cafe Bar, which has a capacity of 250, will be free to enter and opening hours will be from 10.00am until midnight on Friday and Saturday throughout February and March.

The new public face of Welsh rugby with its ever changing array of Stadium memorabilia proved a hit with rugby supporters from around the world throughout the autumn international period when it was officially opened by Wales head coach Warren Gatland.

Originally known as Jackson’s racket club in the 1800s, the renovated listed building has become a focal point for the thousands of visitors to the Millennium Stadium each month, with Millennium Stadium tours and the WRU store also on site.

The opening hours for the next two months are 10am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday; 10am until midnight on Friday and Saturday and 11am until 4pm on Sunday (with breakfast served until 3pm).
