“We expect a backlash after putting them out of the cup but we need our heads to rule our hearts and blank out all the off the field nonsense,” commented coach Richard Hodges on the challenge ahead.

Owen Marshall starts at 15 and Harry Trelawny returns as captain at scrum half in a back division that shows two changes from the side that beat Neath. In the pack a late decision will be made in the front row but Jim Richards returns at hooker on a ground that has many memories for him.

Lee Highgate, Ben Rose and Mazin Al-Azzawi continue in the back row and Mark O’Leary returns after intense physio treatment on his shoulder injury.
