The aim is to assist clubs with increased player numbers and develop a larger network of Community Rugby Coaches to deliver within the hugely successful schools and community programmes in Cardiff.
The objective is to mentor, train, support and deploy Cardiff Blues Club/School Rugby Coaches who will work with the surrounding area cluster schools that are potential feeders into your Clubs mini & junior sections.
The Blues are after keen, committed and reliable individuals whom have a real passion to develop their own coaching and develop their club through strong and viable links with the surrounding schools in your catchments area. Interested individuals need to be flexible in terms of being able to deliver sessions within curriculum or extra curricular times.
In return the Blues will assist your own personal coaching development, provide you with potential casual paid work, full accreditation including CRB checks via Cardiff Council/WRU, preferential entry onto training courses/workshops, benefits such as complementary match day tickets to Blues games and additional special offers regarding coaching opportunities.
