The trailer will be airing in early 2011 in the lead up to the six nation’s tournament and we need as many fans as possible to be involved. We’re looking for teams or individuals, basically anyone who loves Rugby!
Firstly we will need fans for 9am on the morning of Saturday 11th December to take part in a shoot for the promo and in the afternoon there may be the chance to take part in an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the largest ever Rugby Scrum! This will be a properly coordinated and moderated record attempt; all we need are able bodied, enthusiastic rugby fans! Hot breakfast and lunch will be provided on the day and the club is in SW London. The 6 nations trophy will be there for fans to see on the day!
The whole trailer shows fans of all 6 nations making rugby part of their daily lives in the build up to the tournament and ends with all fans coming together in a large crowd.
We need would love people to come in National kit if they have along with warm clothes and jackets! We can help out with some kit but need as many owned by you as possible.
For health and safety reasons and to do with the conditions of our film permit we need all participants to be over 16 and be fit enough to participate. Between 16-18 we need a letter of parental consent and we can provide template!
Could anyone interested please email me at the below address and let me know how many people you can bring and what 6 Nations gear you can bring along.
Applications to take part in the film shoot and the record attempt will be considered on a first come, first served basis and you must contact me at the email address below and we will let everyone know whether they have been successful or not and location details. Please note that it is essential that we have names and numbers of potential participants in advance, people who show up on the day that aren’t expected will have to be turned away.
Look forward to hearing from you and thanks for supporting 6 nations!
