A joint venture between RBS, Six Nations Rugby, the RFU and WRU, the train will help fans to and from the opening game of this year’s Championship. The RBS 6 Nations Express will not only transport rugby fans but will also deliver the RBS 6 Nations Trophy to the Millennium Stadium.

The RBS 6 Nations Express will not be affected by planned rail strikes by rail union RMT, so fans can be reassured that they will still be able to travel to Cardiff.

The train will depart from London Paddington Station at 14.35 on Friday 4th February, arriving at Cardiff Central Railway Station at 17.08, allowing plenty of time for fans to soak-up the atmosphere before kick-off at 19.45.

The train will then depart at 23.01 from Cardiff returning fans back to London. Tickets for the RBS 6 Nations Express are available to buy from Seetickets.com. A return ticket from London Paddington to Cardiff will cost a reasonable £45 plus booking fee and postal charge.

The presence of the Trophy should create a great atmosphere on the train and that coupled with a reduced ticket price makes the train a fantastic option for fans travelling to the match.
