Having beaten the Seasiders 17-12 in the league this season, Amman will be confident of making further progress.
Senghenydd of Four East have done well in this competition and after surviving a thrilling match to defeat Blackwood Stars 29-24, they have been drawn at home against the winners of Blaenavon and Usk. Topping the league table with only one defeat to date, the Welfare Park side will be fully expecting to reach the last eight.
Cardiff Medicals have already dispatched league sides Dinas Powys, Canton, St Illtyds and Nelson after being drawn away each time so a trip to the winners of Hafodyrynys and New Tredegar will hold no fears for the Students, while Rhiwbina, who edged out Abercwmboi 19-13 in round four, will travel to face the winners of Pontycymmer and Porth.
