Their 12 v 10 victory over Welsh rivals Llanelli on the weekend sent Pontypridd through to the last four, while Bristol overcame Scottish side Ayr 29 v 19 in their quarter-final.
If Pontypridd progress into the final, they will also be handed home advantage with the announcement today that the final will be played at the home ground of the winners of the game between Pontypridd and Bristol.
The other semi-final is an all English affair with Bedford Blues hosting Worcester Warriors at Goldington Road on the same weekend.
The final will be held over the weekend of May 6/7/8.
