Pontypridd, after a tough quarter-final encounter against Merthyr at The Wern, will take on Swansea, who overcame a determined Newport side, at Cardiff in the SWALEC Cup semi finals with Carmarthen hosting the clash between Llandovery and Aberavon.
The Drovers forced their way into the last four with a commanding display from Cerith Rees who guided his side to a 23-13 victory over Tonmawr while Aberavon fought off a late challenge from Cardiff to win 19-17 at the Arms Park.
