Kevin James’ three tries helped consolidate Neath’s lead at the top of the Principality Premiership as the Welsh All Blacks earned a bonus point victory over Llanelli. Young fly half David Langdon also starred with an impressive display with the boot and a try of his own.

Welsh International Tom Pridey helped his Swansea side to a hard fought victory over Pontypool in a close affair that was won by a late penalty from fly-half James Dixon.

 Tonmawr are still searching for their first victory of this season, after losing to an impressive Cross Keys side for who Rhys Peebles crossed for a hat-trick of tries.

 A red card a piece overshadowed some good rugby in the clash between Aberavon and Cardiff.   The Wizards’ Shaun Powell and Cardiff’s Liam Gadd were both sent for the field but it was Aberavon’s day and they took the match points courtesy of a brace of tries from wing Richard Carter.

Pontypridd kept pressure on those above them with a hard fought victory over Newport. In a game that could have went either way, a penalty try for the Sardis Road outfit proved to be the winning score.

Bridgend came out victors over Carmarthen in a mid table clash. The Quins looked assured from the start with tries coming from fly half Chris Banfeld, full back James Stephenson and prop Ian Jones.

The closest game of the weekend was played out between Bedwas and Llandovery, with fly half Rich Powell continuing his rich vain of form with some excellent kicking. Veteran back row Deri Mattravers topped off a strong display with a well worked try for Bedwas.
