Centre Luke Williams starts in place of Nathan Edwards while No8 Ieuan Jones comes in for Reuben Tucker.
The rest of the side remains unchanged from the side that faced Ireland last week although there are four changes to the bench.

Wilson is looking forward to Wales’ first home game of the tournament and the inaugural international match at Eirias.

“Every week we are together is only going to be beneficial to us as a squad. There was no lack of effort or commitment last weekend and the boys stuck to it right until the end,” he said.

“Scotland will be chasing their first win as well after having a very tough game against England last weekend. We are fully aware they are a very passionate side and we will pay them the greatest respect tonight.

“The boys are really excited about playing our first game at Eirias and hopefully we can make it a venue where teams fear coming to. There’s a proud history up there, the fact all our home games are being staged here is an important signpost for the future of the game in North Wales.”
