The 37-man RBS 6 Nations training squad is currently in camp at the Welsh Rugby Union National Centre of Excellence at the Vale Resort, Hensol, after a winning start to the 2012 Championship against Ireland away and back home in Cardiff against Scotland last Sunday.

The majority of the squad trained in front of a record 10,000-plus crowd at the Millennium Stadium yesterday (Wednesday)
at Wales’ now annual free-to-enter training session, before a selection returned to their regions.

Ospreys prop Ryan Bevington and teammates Ashley Beck (centre) and Rhys Webb (scrum-half) have been made available for the visit of Aironi to the Liberty Stadium this Friday night.

Lloyd Williams (scrum-half) and Gavin Henson (centre) both start for the Blues against Ulster at the Arms Park on Friday night, while wing Harry Robinson has also returned to the region.

Fly-half Stephen Jones, centre Scott Williams, wing/full-back Liam Williams and prop Rhodri Jones are all starting for the Scarlets in their Friday night visit to table-topping Leinster in Dublin.

Wales also have six players from outside of the country who have already returned to their clubs earlier this week – Rhys Gill (Saracens), Craig Mitchell (Exeter Chiefs), Andy Powell (Sale Sharks), James Hook (Perpignan), Lee Byrne (ASM Clermont Auvergne) and Mike Phillips (Bayonne) – leaving a squad of 21 to continue preparations tomorrow and over the weekend before the full squad comes back together on Monday.

Wales face England at Twickenham in the third round of the RBS 6 Nations on Saturday, 25 February and are set to announce their team selection on Tuesday afternoon.
