Behind the scrum two of last week’s bench Elliot Jones and Sean Carroll start and Charlie Johnson who was unavailable also comes into the centre.

Up front Rhys Jenkins, having recovered from an injury received against Rumney, starts in the front row and there is a shuffle in the back five with Dan Richards moving into the second row to allow Carl Kimber and Dan Crimmins to start in the back row. Alex Luff continues as captain.

“The league positions reflect both our seasons but this game will be no less intense than a top of the table clash. There is pride at stake and a need to show the coaches that a players are worthy of a place in the championship squad for next season,” commented captain Alex Luff

“We need to cut out the showboating and silly mistakes and stick to our game plan. If we do that we are more than capable of victory on Saturday,” added head coach Chris Ower.
