Head Coach Martyn Fowler makes several changes to the side for the clash with Carmarthen Quins as he seeks a first win of the season.

Able to call on several of the Blues squad now that pre-season fixtures are finished, there are returns for former Blue and Black captain Macauley Cook, Cory Allen and Will Griff John.

Joe Griffin, who made an impact after moving from fullback to halfback last week, starts at ten alongside Rob Lewis. Cory Allen reforms his partnership with Richard Smith in the centre and exciting fullback Will Thomas is given his first Premiership start.

Up front Campese Ma’afu continues in the front row with James Murphy coming up from the bench to start in the second row. Macauley Cook fits into a new back row combination on the blind-side, with Ellis Jenkins moving to No 8 to allow Thomas Young to start on the open-side.
