The Blues added a 21-25 victory over the Scarlets to their opening win against the Dragons as they made it two wins from two.
Despite trailing 14-12 at the interval, Dale McIntosh’s men fought back in a tight second period to claim victory at Parc Y Scarlets.
Winger Ellis Wyn Benham got the Blues back into it and Jarrod Evans tied the scores by kicking the conversion.
With 12 minutes of the first-half remaining, Blues’ scrum-half Tom Williams went over and his team never looked back with No. 8 Ollie Hitchens extending the cushion.

In the rearranged fixture with the Scarlets, it was the Ospreys’ regional rivals who took home the spoils with a 17-11 victory.
But Blues performance manager Richard Hodges knows his side still face a tough game on Wednesday evening.
“The Ospreys are a quality outfit, they’ve got a young and exciting backline with the likes of Daf Howells a real threat,” he said.
“He’s made a real impact on the national scene even though he is a year young and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in an Ospreys first team shirt in the near future.”
The Blues make a number of changes for their clash with the Ospreys. Sam Withers gets his first chance at fly-half while there are a number of new faces on the bench.
“We’ve got real strength in depth, it’s certainly not a weak side and after the Ospreys game we’ll know where we are in terms of the whole squad,” Hodges added.
“We’ve been disappointed with the way we’ve been playing so far as we’ve not had the ideal conditions.
“We want to throw the ball around but you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place as we want to win but it’s proving difficult to play how we want.”
For the Ospreys, Howells will remain the main attacking threat as his side seek their first win.
