The sides met recently at Loughor’s Villa Field with Tondu convincing winners 38-13, and they will be looking for a similar result to make further progress in the competition.

Loughor ran in five tries in their round one 31-20 victory at Gorseinon so will provide tough opposition.

The highest-placed club in One East, Ystrad Rhondda, face a trip to The Wern to meet fellow One East outfit Merthyr. Both clubs had byes into round two and the Ironmen will be looking to make full use of their home advantage.

Kidwelly of One West racked up the biggest win of round one after running riot at Haverfordwest with an 85-14 success. They have been rewarded with a home tie against Llangennech but after losing a league match on their opponents ground 38-22, the Black and Ambers will have to be on top form to make progress.

Aberavon Quins are yet to record a league victory in One West but after dispatching Three South West’s Vardre 39-19 in round one, they will be keen to continue winning ways when they travel to Pontarddulais of Three West.

Heol y Cyw stormed into round two with a resounding 53-0 win at Pencoed and the One East side will now entertain Fairwater of Three South East.

Abercarn have lost all seven league matches to date so there will be no pressure when they travel to fellow Three East outfit Pontypool United who won 22-6 at Risca in round one.

Lampeter Town just edged out visitors Tenby United 22-21, despite Tenby’s place at the top of Three West. They now play host to Felinfoel of Two West at the Memorial Fields so will have to pull out all the stops once again.

Two West’s Maesteg pulled off a fine 24-12 victory at Three South East unbeaten leaders Pontyclun in round one and they will look forward to entertaining Dowlais, another Three South East side, at Llynfi Road.
