After kicking-off their campaign with a shock loss to Italy, Saint-Andre has resisted wholesale changes.

Mathieu Bastareaud replaces Florian Fritz at outside centre to form a midfield alliance with Toulon team-mate Maxime Mermoz.

Elsewhere fellow Toulon powerhouse Jocelino Suta comes in for injured captain Pascal Papé.

Thierry Dusautoir, France’s captain during the 2012 RBS 6 Nations, will skipper Les Bleus in Papé’s absence.

Both sides will be determined to put their Championship campaigns back on track at Stade de France.

Rob Howley names his Wales team at 12noon today.
