Having played Bristol and Ebbw Vale in the British and Irish Cup and SWALEC cups respectively over the past fortnight the Blue & Blacks welcome third place Cross Keys.

Following a run from the bench last week James Davies returns to the starting  line up with Joe Griffin moving from full back to fly half to replace James Thomas.

In the pack Ryan Harford comes back into the front row with James Murphy moving back to the second row following last weeks run at  flanker. Dan Crimmins returns at No8. Lewis Smout will be looking to get on the field from the replacements bench in order to win his club cap for 20 games this season.

The clash will be the first time the two sides have met since Mark Ring left The Keys to take up the backs coach position with the Blue and Blacks back in November.

The Keys are keeping in touch at the top of the league and currently lie in third place while Cardiff are sitting in mid-table in seventh place winning six of their 14 games so far with a total of 30 points.

At Pandy Park back in October and with Ring still with the black and whites, Keys ran out winners in an entertaining clash by 20-13.

Last season at the Arms Park The Keys won well by 32-24 so a similar win could potentially see Keys climb to second place.
